After booking
On this page you find everything you need for your check-in and your stay at our chalets
Check-In
We do contact free check-ins, so when you arrive you can just proceed to your chalet, where you'll find your keys inside. You're welcome to check-in any time after 3pm.
For an earlier check-in, please let us know, we may make it possible based on the availability of your chalet.
Don't worry if you want to check in late. The chalet is open all the time. Check-out time is by 11am.
Please note that there is no office on the property.

Location
All chalets are behind the main building on three loops and parking is just next to the chalet. If you need more parkings, you can use the parking lot from the main building.

Pets
We are very proud to offer pet friendly accommodations. In order to maintain this we simply ask you

to keep pets off bedding and furniture.

to bring your own blanket, if you want your pet on the sofa.

to clean up after your dog.

And please note that the property is not fenced, so keep your dog at the leash all times
What is included?
The chalets come with linens and towels included.
If you booked Hemlock, Spruce or Aspen, you have a fully equipped kitchen with a keurig und free coffee pods.
If you stay at Balsam, Cedar, Tamarack or Norway, you have a microwave, a small refrigerator, a toaster and a Keurig
Food and Water
The Restaurant on the property is currently closed. Please note, that Wilmington’s Mini-Supermarket by the gas station is open until 9pm. There are no options to buy food or water after 9pm.
Fireplace, Firepits & BBQs
The Chalets Balsam, Cedar, Hemlock, Norway and Tamarack have a wood fireplace. Spruce has a gas fireplace.
Firewood is available at the lean-to next to the main building. It’s an honor system with a small money box on the post by the wood and it is $6 per armload or crate.
You’re welcome to use our shared firepits and BBQs on the property.
Wifi
If you need a quick connection, there is a 'Wilderness Wifi' connection that is accessible on the whole property, the password to connect is Wilderness2019.
Hemlock has a Personal Hotspot.
Extend your stay
If you wish to extend any days, we would be happy to offer this for a discounted rate based on availablity. Just let us know if you are interested.
Restaurants
If you are looking for a breakfast spot, 'Up a Creek ' is just half a mile up the road towards Wilmington and does a nice job.
